Faith Before Healing

“Jesus said, ‘Daughter, you took a risk trusting me, and now you're healed and whole. Live well, live blessed!’”

Luke 8:48

Jesus is our example to view the character of God. All that Jesus was on the earth is all that God is today. Throughout Jesus’ ministry, people with all forms and types of pain ran to Him for relief, restoration, and complete healing. Some pain was relentless heartbreak. Some pain was relentless fear. Some pain was relentless disease. Regardless of the differing circumstances, Jesus Christ-the personification on the universe of the Lord God-healed every person before Him. When individuals came to Jesus in honesty, He touched them. When they came to Him with nothing but faith, He reached out and healed them. It always comes down to faith. Stepping out in faith is stepping away from what’s comfortable, stepping away from what’s easy. Stepping out in faith is taking a risk. This never goes unnoticed by your Creator. As seen from Jesus, full, satisfying healing is preceded by audacious faith. Take a risk on God. He will catch you always!
