God Of Peace

“For God is not a God of disorder but of peace.”
1 Corinthians 14:33
God does not cause the chaos of your life. He never creates confusion. He does not stir up complications. Yet sometimes chaos, confusion, and complications race with each other to surround you. God has a plan for you, doesn’t He? He wants the best of the best for you. He’s your protector always. Then why do we find ourselves so often feeling lost? First, realize that God is good. No matter what’s happening and no matter what you’re feeling, God is good. Accept your inability as a human to ever fully comprehend God’s reasoning. Access faith, and declare that, regardless of what is seen, heard, or felt, God is good. Then what of the mess all around? Chaos, confusion, and complications are the result of this fallen world-not God. God is not the raging fire; He is the refuge. God is not unrelenting doubt; He is the steady, sure voice. God is not the fierce storm; He is the rainbow in the calm. Yes, of course, He uses these hurts to bring you even closer to Him. Yes, He never leaves your side as you walk together through the valley. But, please distinguish that God is not a God of disorder. Your loving Father is the God of complete peace.
