Through The Delay

"For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it testifies about the end and will not lie. Though it delays, wait for it, since it will certainly come and not be late.” 

Habakkuk 2:3

In the moment, God usually seems late. It’s as if he’s delaying on purpose. He hears you. He comforts you. He may even give words from the Bible directly to you, yet those words aren’t becoming reality. Nothing’s changing in your situation. You’re in the frustrating, often painful state of waiting. Realize, however, that you’re not waiting for God to show up, because He’s there. Realize that you’re not waiting on God to finally get working in your circumstance because He’s already working, no matter how stalled your circumstance appears. Your situation is so very temporary! Don’t get carried away with the feelings of what’s happening. Get carried away with what Your Maker can do! Raise your expectations! He can most definitely keep up! God’s not late. He may be taking His time, but His time is exactly what you want. Wait for it. Don’t rush. He wants the very best for you, and He’s not shy about delivering on that. His ordained time is the perfect time. He’s paying attention, I promise. Prepare yourself for the miracle that God has coming for you! It will be right on time!
